WHERE DOES BIBERON ACCEPT ORDERS FROM?

We currently accept orders from all 50 United States, the UK, Canada and Australia. Orders from the UK should be made via www.biberonmodeuk.com. As we do not currently have separate online stores for Australia and Canada, orders for those countries can be made through www.biberonmode.com

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you your order has shipped and contains your BIBERON order tracking number. If you do not receive an email confirming your order within 24 hours, please contact us at info@biberonmode.com.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ONLINE ORDER?

Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our return policy for additional information.

WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Your BIBERON tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at BIBERON Online, simply Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly to the Order History section. Follow the link directly to the USPS site and enter your BIBERON tracking number. NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online.

HOW DO I PLACE A GIFT ORDER?

When placing your order, please write "Gift" in the "Add a Note" section during the checkout process. Price tags will be removed from the item(s) and a gift receipt with no pricing information will be included with the order. You may also include a brief message that will be printed on the gift receipt.

WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND BIBERON DOESN'T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK?

While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.
